Terms of Service

NostroPedia ("we", "us", "the Platform") operates an online trading journal, performance analytics tools and a social community for traders. The Platform is an information, record-keeping and analytics product only. We are not a broker, not an exchange, not an introducing broker, not a money manager and not a financial adviser.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, investment marketing, tax advice, a solicitation or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument. Statistics, scores, rankings and any content posted by users are informational only. All trading decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

Trading futures, forex, CFDs and other leveraged instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, whether your own or that of any other user displayed on the Platform, is not indicative of future results.

The Platform may allow you to connect a brokerage account (for example, Tradovate) through the broker's official authorization flow, for the sole purpose of importing your own historical and ongoing account activity — orders, fills, positions, closed trades, commissions and account balance events — into your private trading journal.

The connection is read-only. We do not place, modify or cancel orders, we do not perform copy trading or trade mirroring, we do not manage your funds and we never initiate transactions on your behalf. Authorization is granted by you, is limited to your own accounts, and may be revoked by you at any time from within the Platform or from your broker.

Imported data is used only to build your journal, statistics and score. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Your broker remains the authoritative record of your account; where imported data and your broker's records differ, the broker's records prevail.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you post and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the Platform. You may not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or fraudulent content, promote guaranteed returns, solicit funds, impersonate others, or attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service. We may remove content and suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features, including additional broker connections and cosmetic items, may be paid. Prices, entitlements and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Digital items are delivered immediately and, to the extent permitted by law, are non-refundable once granted, except where a purchase fails or is duplicated due to a technical error.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronization, or the completeness or timeliness of imported broker data, which depends on third-party systems outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on its content, or interruption or inaccuracy of broker synchronization.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or upon discontinuation of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Questions regarding these Terms may be sent through our contact page.
